CONTENTS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Freelancerjobs.in (freelancerjobs.in), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We are India's freelance marketplace connecting clients with verified freelancers. We act as an intermediary providing escrow payment protection via Razorpay.

2. User Accounts

  • You must be 18+ years old to register.
  • One person can have only one account - either as Client or Freelancer.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
  • Aadhaar verification is required for freelancers to withdraw earnings.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraud, fake reviews, or abuse.

3. For Freelancers

  • You must deliver work as described in the proposal.
  • Plagiarized or AI-spammed work without disclosure is not allowed.
  • Asking clients for direct UPI/Bank payment outside Freelancerjobs.in is strictly prohibited and will lead to a permanent ban.
  • Platform fee: Free Plan 10%, Pro Plan (₹499) 5%, Elite Plan (₹999) 0%.

4. For Clients

  • You must pay via Freelancerjobs.in's secure escrow. Direct payment to freelancers is not protected.
  • Once you Approve work, payment is released to freelancer and cannot be reversed.
  • If work is not satisfactory, Reject with a reason within 3 days. Our team will mediate.
  • 5% service fee is applicable on all hires.

5. Payments & Escrow - Fair Use Policy

All transactions are secured via Razorpay Escrow. Client funds are held in a nodal account until work approval. Freelancer payouts are processed within 24 hours via UPI/Bank. Refunds are 100% if work is not approved. Membership fees (₹499/₹999) are non-refundable after 7 days.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Creating fake profiles, fake reviews, or manipulating ratings.
  • Sharing personal contact info (WhatsApp, email) to bypass platform fees in first project.
  • Posting illegal, adult, gambling, or copyrighted content.
  • Hacking, scraping, or using bots on the platform.

Violation will result in account termination and forfeiture of wallet balance.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

In case of dispute, our support team will review workspace chats and file delivery logs and give a decision within 48 hours. Our decision will be final and binding. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction will be courts of Delhi, India.
