Client first registers on BharatSetu as a Client. After registration, he logs into his personal Dashboard where he can manage all his projects.
Inside the dashboard, client clicks on "Find Freelancer". He can browse profiles, see portfolios and directly chat with the freelancer about his project requirements.
Once you finalize a freelancer, you pay directly through our platform. We use secure Razorpay & UPI. Your money is held in our secure escrow.
Payment is 100% refundable. If you don't like the project delivery, you can Reject it. If you like it, you can Approve it. Payment is only released to the freelancer AFTER your approval.
For all discussions, we provide a dedicated Workspace like this. It includes Milestone Progress Stages, Project Summary, Live Chat with freelancer, File Sharing and Submit Project Deliverables. Everything is tracked in one place.
