Freelancer registers on BharatSetu as a Freelancer. Then he completes his full profile - skills, portfolio, experience, hourly rate, and verification. A complete profile gets 5x more clients.
After registration, freelancer logs into his Freelancer Dashboard where he can manage proposals, earnings, ongoing projects and client chats.
Freelancer clicks on "Find Work". He can see all client projects, budget, client details, and project requirements posted by clients across India.
If the project matches his skills, freelancer sends a proposal with his price, timeline and why he is best for this work. Client receives it instantly.
Client reviews proposals and approves the best one. After approval, client pays the full project amount to BharatSetu Platform (not directly to freelancer). Money is safe in our escrow system.
Once payment is secured, both client and freelancer's workspace opens. They can discuss everything via Live Chat, share files and track Milestone Progress Stages - Requirement Gathering > Development > Testing > Final Delivery.
Freelancer completes the work and submits the final deliverables in the workspace itself - "Submit Project Deliverables" section. He can upload.zip,.pdf, source code (max 50MB). All submissions are recorded.
Client reviews the delivery. If satisfied, client Approves the project. As soon as approved, BharatSetu releases the payment to the freelancer's account instantly. If rejected, client can request revision. 100% secure for both sides.
